Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of geo.wikiseo.ai (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), operated by Roman Melnyk (Wikibusines). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What the Service is

geo.wikiseo.ai is an analytics and recommendations tool. It measures how AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overview) represent your brand, tracks your Wikipedia and Reddit presence, and produces a score plus rule-based recommendations. It is a measurement product — we do not edit Wikipedia, post on Reddit, or change any third-party source on your behalf. Where the analysis surfaces editorial work worth doing, that is handled separately and opt-in by the sister agency Wikibusines under its own terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and only track brands you have a legitimate interest in monitoring.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed through Monobank (card payment). Each payment covers a 30-day period. Billing is not an automatic recurring charge — to continue, you renew each period from your Settings. If a period ends without renewal, the brand drops to the free plan (no recurring scans); your data is kept. We email a reminder before a period ends. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice (never retroactively for a period you already paid).

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time by simply not renewing — there is no lock-in. Because a paid period delivers a digital service that runs immediately (scans, reports), payments for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we’ll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, don’t use it to harass or impersonate anyone, and don’t resell it without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. How measurement works — and its limits

To measure your visibility we send your prompts and brand details to third-party AI engines and search APIs, and we read public sources about your brand (see the Privacy Policy). AI outputs are probabilistic and change over time: we report what the engines actually say and cite, but we do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention or result. Recommendations are given with honest confidence bands, not as promises of outcome.

7. Your data and ours

You keep ownership of the brand information you enter. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to run the Service (including sending it to the AI/search providers named in the Privacy Policy). We own the platform, its code, scoring formula and design.

8. Service “as is” and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account any time.
